When Mavis Holmes came to stay with us for the 3rd time a couple of weeks ago, she left us with a wonderful gift. She used the pictures from her safari with us last year and painted them onto beautiful silk and made 5 gorgeous scarves. She donated them to the shop trust which was very touching and thoughtful of her. Mavis also bought some items from our shop. As you know the Nomad trust does incredible things to help with education in local villages, as well as the elephant collaring project, to name one, here in the Julius Nyerere National park (changed from the Selous Jan 2020)
A small gesture that goes a very long way! Thank you Mavis and see you next year!
