Emanuel Elias
Serengeti Safari Camp, Serengeti, Northern Tanzania
Emanuel started working for Nomad Tanzania 10 years ago, based at Sand Rivers in what was then called the Selous Game Reserve. He worked there for 6 years, before moving to our camp Chada in Katavi National Park. There in Katavi, he fell in love with the dramatic dry seasons that the park experiences and the huge numbers of buffalo and hippo that can be seen.
After three years in Chada, he moved to the northern Serengeti, where he is now based at our Serengeti Safari Camp. He has really enjoyed the last ten years and loves moving around and working in different National Parks. He says that it's the best way for him to really get to know all the different parts of Tanzania and is a wonderful way to learn about his country.
