We had never been to Africa before in our 71 years of life. My wife and I had an amazing journey because of the Nomad experience. Our Lamai staff as well as those at the Westeren Serengenti mobile camp and Tarangire Koro treated us in a way that we had never experienced before in any of our past travels. Their kindness and consideration was like no other. Each camp and each guide were a little different making the experience that much more special. We spent a day out of our 10 day journey to visit one of the near by cities aand visited a elementary school and. Safe house for young girls and women. Also for neglected and abused children. Seeing this was life changing. These are schools that I learned the Nomad Trust donates money to help them exist and develope in so many ways. I am not saying this to promote their mission, but it is a wonderful thing they are doing and after returning home to the USA we will find ways that we can help them and support their mission. If you read this and if you visit Lamai, consider taking a trip to the village which is about 1:00 away and experience this and the life style. You will not regret it.
I should conclude that in 10 days, we saw so many animals in their natural habitat and it made me realize that there is a real eco system that works. This .at be one of the only eco systems like this in our world. Please come, enjoy it as we had. It will change your life for the better too.

Unique Wildlife Perspective
