Pleasant Stay, Great Drives

It was a very pleasant stay with great Game Drives, also at night. The lounge has a lovely atmosphere. Staff provided excellent services and the food was really great.

Excellent Safari Place

Top on my list for a place to go on safari. An excellent staff with a good sense of humor and encyclopedic knowledge. The facility is plain and simple but has everything one needs. Chada was just right for me.

We had an incredible experience during our stay at Nomad Lamai camp. The game drives with our guide were so much fun and he taught us a lot about the wildlife, culture and the beautiful ecosystem. We appreciated how Nomad focuses on hiring staff locally, working with the local communities and sourcing food locally.
Our lodge had the best view overlooking the Serengeti National Park. We loved how we were surrounded by the wildlife. Every meal was well thought out, fresh and prepared to perfection. The entire staff was very nice and hospitable. We definitely want to come back to visit and we miss the Lamai family already!

Spectacular Game Sighting

Lamai is a perfect mix of roughing it in a tent camp but with 3 walls and amenities. The game sighting is spectacular. We saw lions, cheetahs & leopards. Our guide Yasin has incredible patience as he was willing to wait 4 hours so we could catch a crossing. Of course we had a breakfast picnic break ...

Lamai is a perfect mix of roughing it in a tent camp but with 3 walls and amenities. The game sighting is spectacular. We saw lions, cheetahs & leopards. Our guide Yasin has incredible patience as he was willing to wait 4 hours so we could catch a crossing. Of course we had a breakfast picnic break and our timing was perfect. My husband is disabled and was unable to walk to the common areas for meals so Samuel our butler brought it to him. The manager Laurence was very helpful and no request was too much.

Well Looked After

We were always very well looked after, during the safari experience as well as in camp. Strongly recommend!
