Absolutely our favorite experience on our Tanzania safari trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine kindness and the desire to make sure our experience was outstanding. Everyone introduced themselves which made it very clear their goal was to make us feel welcome. It was obvious they have great leadership and the staff works together like a family.
Our waiter, Baracka, was so attentive and always had a smile on his face. We will miss his jovial nature and his care for our happiness. By far, we had the best guide we’ve ever had on safari trips. Jiro was phenomenal. He knows the animals’ movements before they do. A gentle soul with vast experience at guiding, he provided us with great sightings and insight into his world. We will miss him.
