True paradise with stunning views of the crater. We loved our family room which was clean, comfortable and decorated so lovely if you can stop looking at the view! The staff make sure you come back after dinner to a cozy warm room and bed with hot water bottles and are woke with your warm drink of choice for the day. They think of everything. The food is delicious and they made sure my young kids had everything they may want. We were first to enter the crater so the location can't be beat. You won't regret choosing to stay here. Thank you to all the wonderful welcoming staff who made us feel at home and helped me celebrate a birthday I'll never forget.
